DEPLOYMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

In 2023, AB “Pakaita” started to implement the project “Installation of the production capacity of AB “Pakaita” AEI”. With this project, the company aims to install a solar power plant, which will allow the company to use the generated electricity for its own internal needs and at the same time reduce the consumption of traditional energy, thereby contributing to the reduction of air pollution.

The project will be implemented in accordance with the description of the project financing conditions of the Progress Measure No. 05-001-01-04-02 “To encourage companies to move towards a climate-neutral economy” of the European Union Funds Investment Programme for 2021-027 “To promote the deployment of renewable energy sources in industrial enterprises (Central and Western Lithuania region)” (call No. 02-011-K).

The total value of the project is EUR 84,613.40, of which the amount of eligible costs is EUR 64,213.40, and EUR 44,949.00 has been allocated from the European Regional Development Fund.
